Spanish doctors from a hospital in Algeciras came to perform surgeries in Saharawi refugee camps, western Algeria. There were so many patients that they had to work 14 hours a day during their short stay in the camps. It was very impressive to watch them working, almost like they were on an assembly line in some kind of factory.
